The president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and three opposition leaders Vitali Klitschko, Oleh Tyahnibok and Arseniy Yatsenyuk signed a deal in the office of Ukrainian president on Friday, February 21. By signing the deal Yanukovych agreed to hold non-scheduled elections called early Presidential elections in Ukraine. He also agreed in a new unity government and to make changes in constitution that would reduce the president’s powers.
