We ask you to share your opinions in any creative form and enter the contest by GIPA’s Caucasus School of Journalism and Media Management.

It is an opportunity to talk about your relations with media, tell how you would like to see media, what you search for and what you find in media, how you navigate in the information environment.

The competition topics are as follows:



  • Verified: My formula for checking information

  • In the information web of social media

  • Media as a tool for change

  • What a topic!

  • I am the Media 


If you are 13-21 years old, you are eligible for this contest.

Competition entries can be presented in the following form:



  • Essay/personal stories (max. 3 pages)

  • Photo or photo story

  • Video

  • Multimedia story

 The applications should be sent to until October 13th, including. The winners will be chosen by an independent jury consisting of media professionals and university lecturers. The best 3 entries will be published on website and the authors will receive awards and certificates on October 19th ceremony.

The contest is carried out within the scope of “Debunking Disinformation: A Training Program for Journalism Students and Professional Journalists” in partnership with TOL.

The project is co-financed by the Governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.
